MLK Day in Danger?

This article talks about the government shutdown and how it could interfere with Martin Luther King Jr. day. Due to the government shut down, all MLK Jr. historical sites will be closed, including his house and church. For many civil rights activists, this will be an issue, especially for the activists who go to these places every year to honor MLK Jr. Because of this, support for Donald Trump will further decline in the black and civil rights activist communities. It is not determined yet whether or not they sites will be open in time for MLK Jr. day, but it seems unlikely it will be.
